Yoga Therapy*

Addressing your goal(s) from the yoga therapy lens. These practices and assessments focus on but are not limited to postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), meditative practices, self-study (svadyaya), mudras (hand gestures), sound healing, mindfulness practices, mantra, relaxation techniques and yoga philosophy. At least 3 sessions are recommended to address goals and use yoga therapy interventions effectively.

Usui Reiki Healing*

Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life Force” and (Ki) which means energy. Reiki is the use of healing hands being placed on or above the body to assist in balancing. A Reiki Practitioner does not give their own energy away but rather, balances the energies within the client and assists in aiding to get rid of energies that do not serve them for their highest good, while acting as a conduit. Services are offered hands-on or hands-off.

Meditation

Meditation services are offered either live via Zoom, in-person or pre-recorded meditations. These meditations can be supportive of sleep, stress, pain, and many more. Practices will include Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and iRest.

Sound Healing

Sound healing is best offered in-person so that you can hear and feel the vibrations. This is effective in lowering stress hormones by stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system. This service will provide sound healing using 7 crystal singing bowls and Tingsha chimes.
