What it focuses on:
These practices and assessments focus on but are not limited to postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), meditative practices, self-study (svadyaya), mudras (hand gestures), sound healing, mindfulness practices, mantra, relaxation techniques and yoga philosophy.



What to expect
The assessments will be completed before our first meeting and reviewed to help with establishing your goals. I am always happy to facilitate a short 10-15 minute call to offer clarity and to get acquainted.

Yoga Therapy can be used for various goals that you want to work on including physical, mental, intellectual, and spiritual. The therapeutic inteventions and session will be tailered to meed you needs in the moment and to build upon them.
